Introducing Terry Griffin: Principal Fellow

The Allegheny East Conference Office of Education serves as a partner to the Commonweal  Foundation’s Seventh-Day Adventist School Leadership program called ACE (Advancing Christian Education) Academy .  Together, they have selected Terry Griffin as an ACE Principal Fellow to complete her internship at Pine Forge Academy under the guidance and mentorship of Principal Falconer.

Terry Griffin, a native of Toronto, Ontario, comes to us from Sharon Temple Adventist School with four years of experience as a principal. Prior to coming to Pine Forge Academy, Ms. Griffin served as an educator for 14 years within the Southwest Region as well as in the Allegheny East Conference. She has worked in the capacity of History and Language Arts Instructor, Lead Teacher, and in the area of Curriculum for the North American Division Office of Education with their current Language Arts Pathways curriculum published by Kendall Hunt.

Ms. Griffin attended Oakwood University as an undergraduate and matriculated to Walden University to earn an advanced degree. She has also earned an Educational Specialist degree  (Ed.S.) and is currently a doctoral student at Liberty University.

Ms. Griffin plans to advance the mission of Pine Forge Academy by working alongside its administration, faculty, and staff as they guide students on their journey towards excellence.
