Disciplinary Infractions

The following infractions will incur up to a maximum of 25 demerit points

• Insubordination (willful and obvious disrespect of and/or failure to comply with a directive of an official of the school or anyone in authority)
• Fighting
• Profanity
• Food fight
• Cheating/Stealing
• Display of inappropriate behavior
• Horseplay
• Failure to sign in/out
• Failure to return to campus by designated hour
• Failure to follow the posted rules of the cafeteria *
• Fraudulent use of any phone or use of another person’s calling card.
• Intentional deception of school personnel

* Failure to follow posted rules of the cafeteria may result in the issuing of demerits or the loss of cafeteria privileges.

The following infractions will incur up to a maximum of 26 demerit points

• Chewing gum
• Inappropriate posture
• Disruptive/boisterous behavior
• Irreverent behavior: any behavior that causes a distraction or interrupts a worship service or any program in the church.
• Loitering in any hallway, in any room, or outside any building
• Inappropriate attire
• Leaving any activity without permission (worship, class, social activities, etc.)
• Failure to observe proper walkways
• Climbing trees
• Unauthorized possession of any electronic device
• Playing with/taking other student’s food
