Description
Fulltime position serving as head dean of the young men’s dormitory. Duties include executing an organized plan that structures dorm life for young men to excel spiritually, academically, and socially. It is expected that the dean would be instrumental in creating an environment that is a home away from home for the young men. The dean is responsible for establishing an environment that is safe, clean, and helps develop respect between students and between students and adults.

Experience
Qualifications to apply are: a practicing member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church; no less than a Bachelor’s degree in an area that addresses social behavior and group management; experience with high school students preferred; and fingerprint and background check clearance.
