Science/Choir Director

Excellence is the lifelong pursuit of holistic growth that is motivated by a desire to be like Jesus.

A native of Roseau, Dominica W.I., Neil Thomas serves as a Science Instructor and the Choir Director. He comes with a B.S. degree in Biology from Andrews University and 11 years of experience in Adventist Education, along with 25 years of experience and training in Music.

Prior to coming to Pine Forge Academy, Neil served as a Science, Bible, Social Studies and Music Instructor at Westchester Area School in New Rochelle, NY. He was also a private piano and saxophone instructor.

In 2003, Neil accepted the call to join the team at Pine Forge Academy with the hope of using his God-given talents and spiritual gifts, educational and life experiences to instruct and make an impact on the students, thus enabling them to be Christian individuals adept in their life vocation.

Beyond his primary role as Science Instructor and Choir Director, Neil also is the chair of the Science Department and assists students in their musical preparation for school and church-sponsored services and activities.
