A native of Atlanta, GA, Jarrett Roseborough serves as Director of Choral Activities at Pine Forge Academy. He comes with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Music Education with a concentration in Vocal/Choral Music from Oakwood University, a Master’s Degree in Choral Conducting from Georgia State University, and 8 years of teaching music from K-12 to collegiate instruction.

Prior to coming to Pine Forge Academy Jarrett Roseborough served as Director of Choral Activities at Greater Atlanta Adventist Academy, Assistant Minister of Music at Decatur Seventh-Day Adventist Church, Assistant Choral Director at Greater Atlanta Adventist Academy, Choral Grad Assistant at Georgia State University, Lead Keyboardist and Assistant Choir Director at Trinity AME Church, Accompanist and Assistant Choral Director at Griffin High School, Music/Choral Director at Bethune Middle School, Music Coordinator for Oakwood University, Music Education Intern for Huntsville City Schools, and student conductor for the Oakwood University Aeolians.

In 2017, Jarrett Roseborough accepted the call to join the team at Pine Forge Academy with the hope of creating an environment of choral excellence in which students learn of their full capabilities as choral singers. His goal is that students might witness the God-filled and awe-inspiring moments that happen when they decide to give their best effort in time and talent for the glory of Christ. Students who matriculate through the choral program at Pine Forge Academy will also be able to be a great musical contribution to collegiate choral music program that they decide to join.

Beyond his primary role, Jarrett Roseborough would also like to develop a strong fine arts program at Pine Forge Academy. This program would allow a platform for vocal/instrumental performance as well as spoken word and oratorical recitation. This fine arts program will create an avenue for students, who wish to pursue a career in the arts, to stand toe-to-toe with artists in the rest of the world and not just do well, but excel!
