A native of Baltimore, MD, Ken Jones serves as Dean of Young Men. He comes with a B.S. in Psychology: Counseling Emphasis degree from Oakwood University. Dean Jones is presently in the process of completing his M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis degree in route to becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Prior to coming to Pine Forge Academy, Dean Jones served as Behavior Specialist for the Kennedy Krieger Institute, a prominent organization in Baltimore, MD which services individuals with special needs. Dean Jones has dedicated over 13 years of service to the field of child education. Over this timespan, he has worked in a variety of different capacities ranging from being a Teaching Assistant to being a Behavior Consultant to county representatives, administrators, and teachers in the public school system.
In 2014, Dean Jones accepted the call to join the team at Pine Forge Academy with the hope of making a positive impact in the lives of young men. One of his favorite texts is John 15:5 which states, “I am the vine and ye are the branches: he that abideth in me and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without Me ye can do nothing.” Dean Jones believes in not only preparing the students for their future here on this earth, but more importantly, he believes in preparing them for the future world to come when Jesus returns for those who are found faithful in Him.
