Additional Information

Billing and Payment Procedures

Families are strongly encouraged to setup a FACTS payment plan and make all payments through their FACTS account. Payment methods are ACH, credit, or debit cards. Only cash or check payments will be accepted through the Business Office. For your convenience, the annual tuition charge is divided into nine installments and billed September through May. The monthly installment plan is designed to help parents spread the cost of tuition over nine months and does not signify the cost of education per month. A monthly statement will be emailed and/or mailed to the financially responsible party. Tuition payments are due and payable according to your FACTS payment schedule. In the event unforeseen circumstances requires the Academy to transition to virtual learning, no refunds/credits will be given.

Discounts

Prepayment Discount
A 10% tuition discount will be applied if the annual tuition is paid no later than 20 days after school begins. A 5% tuition discount will be applied if the semester tuition is paid no later than 10 days after school begins.

Multi-Student Discount
To qualify for family discounts, two or more students must appear on a family plan. Households with two students qualify for a 5% tuition discount per student. Households with three or more students qualify for a 7% tuition discount per student.

Early Withdrawal

The first tuition payment is prorated if a student withdraws within the first 10 days of attendance. Subsequent tuition installments may be prorated if the student withdraws by the 10th of the month.

Financial Clearance and Zero Balance Day

Tuition and fees charged to a family account must be paid in full each month to receive financial clearance to participate in school-sponsored activities and/or trips, semester and final exams, and participation in graduation services. All accounts must be at zero balance by these dates to ensure continued attendance and sit for final exams.

  • First week in December, First Semester Clearance
  • First week in May, Second Semester Clearance
Delinquent Accounts

Accounts must be kept current. Students whose accounts are more than 30 days past due will be placed on an attendance hold until the amount is paid in full or satisfactory financial arrangements are made. Students with unpaid accounts will not be permitted to take semester exams and participate in school-sponsored activities and/or trips. No refunds will be granted for any days missed due to delinquency-related withdrawal. If payment arrangements have not been made, Pine Forge Academy reserves the right to withdraw the student(s) from school.
