Principal / Headmaster
Vice Principal / English
Mrs. Addriene M. Warfield-Rhodes, is a native of Charlottesville, Virginia and currently serves as Vice Principal and English teacher at Pine Forge Academy in Pine Forge, Pennsylvania. She is the oldest of two children and a product of Christian Education. Mrs. Rhodes is a graduate of Pine Forge Academy and Andrews University where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a specialization in American Literature. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Instructional Leadership at Southern Adventist University.
Prior to coming to Pine Forge Academy, Mrs. Rhodes served as the English and Journalism teacher at Miami Union Academy in N. Miami, Florida. As a daughter of a minister and an educator, Christian Education has been instilled in her from an early age. Mrs. Rhodes has been an educator for over fifteen years. She has been an administrator and educator and has worked in the public and private education systems.
In 2017, Mrs. Rhodes accepted the call to join the team at Pine Forge Academy with the hope of providing dedicated teaching to young people and provide a passion for education and a commitment to optimizing student and school success.
In her spare time, Mrs. Rhodes enjoys reading, singing, knitting and learning. Mrs. Rhodes is married to Mr. Clifton Rhodes of Dallas, Texas. They are the proud parents of two young men, Phillip Warfield and Christopher Rhodes. Mrs. Rhodes loves the Lord and she loves her students.

Director of Admissions and Registrar / Technology
A proud native of Pine Forge, Pennsylvania and a third-generation graduate of the Academy, Elita Baker serves as Director of Admissions and Registrar as well as Technology Instructor. She comes with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Technology from Oakwood University, and a master’s degree in Computer Information Systems with an emphasis in Web Development from Boston University.
Prior to coming to Pine Forge Academy, Mrs. Baker served as a local and remote Web Intern for Infinity Technology of Huntsville, Alabama. In 2008, she was one of eight students selected from the nation’s HBCUs to complete a web internship at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
In 2009, Mrs. Baker accepted the call to join the team at Pine Forge Academy with the desire to give back to her alma mater by expanding its technology course offerings, and equipping its students with a solid set of practical and marketable skills in computer applications.
Beyond her primary role, Mrs. Baker also serves as onsite technical support/liaison, webmaster, and member of various committees.
Maintenance
A native of Pottstown, PA, Dwayne Ford serves within our Maintenance Department. He comes with 25 years of experience in construction and industry. Dwayne attended Lincoln Technical Institute and Berks Votech receiving two certificates in AC/DC and electrical wiring.
Prior to coming to Pine Forge Academy, Dwayne served as a Senior Production Line Mechanic and Senior Industrial Truck Mechanic.
In 2009, Dwayne accepted the call to join the team at Pine Forge Academy with the goal of supporting all building maintenance needs in a timely fashion, ensuring that all buildings are in good working order for staff, students, and visitors.
Beyond his primary role, Dwayne also provides instruction for students wanting to help out with maintenance duties.
Managing Food Services Director
A native of Arroyo, Puerto Rico, but spent the majority of his life living in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Ramón will be serving as the Managing Director of Food Services. He comes with 27 years of experience in the hotel and restaurant food service industry.
Prior to coming to Pine Forge Academy, Ramón served in multiple kitchen positions including: pantry chef, line cook, banquet chef, sous chef, and executive chef. In addition, he has served in the following capacities: personal caterer for Governor -Jack Markell’s – (DE) 2009 victory celebration, Basciani Family mushroom company, preferred chef for PFA & AEC special events, Fitness Camp consultant, and kitchen supervisor for the Haitian Camp Meeting.
He is also the 3-time winner of the Kennett Square (PA) Mushroom Festival and has had his mushroom soup featured and sold at the PA State Farm Show by (Buona Mushrooms Family).
In 1993, Ramón joined the AEC team, at Pine Forge Academy, with the help and guidance of Pastor Patrick O’Mara and the late Mrs. Debbie Boise (nutritionist in charge of food services for PFA). Mrs. Boise requested his presence and service for the Elders’ Retreat Weekend – this would serve as his performance review to determine his capabilities for the upcoming Camp Meeting. He successfully completed the weekend, by overseeing the kitchen for all meals (that’s over 1,500 plates prepared from scratch and served!). He was then invited to return, as a cook, under the direct mentorship of the late and beloved Ms. Thomas. After her passing, Ramón was given the opportunity to assume the position of Director of Food Services, which included: cooking, serving, ordering food and kitchen items, creating menus, and supervising kitchen staff.
On May 9, 2017, Ramón joined the PFA team with the goals of teaching the students about the culinary arts and educating them about the nutritional options, expanding the variety of vegetarian and vegan offerings.
Food Service Worker
Catrice Davis-Ford is a native of Brooklyn, New York, born to a Vegetarian Chef who believed that a healthy diet is one of the keys to good health and longevity.
Adopting that same belief, Catrice prepares savory, healthy vegetarian cuisine. She puts her heart and soul into preparing cuisine and it is written all over everything she creates. Seeing people enjoy, and benefit from, her delectable creations is her inspiration and creative force.
With 20 years of experience in food service, 9 of those years at Pine Forge as Assistant Food Service Director, she brings her education and knowledge back to Pine Forge Academy.
She is a wife, a mother of three adult children, and grandmother. Her hobbies include crafting/sewing, baking, traveling, and riding bikes. Above all, her love of Christ fuels her service to the community through the food pantry and street ministry. “For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink…” - Matthew 25:35
Associate Dean of Young Men
A native of Ohio, Auldwin Johnson serves as Assistant Dean. He comes with a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Music, Theology, and Communications.
Prior to coming to Pine Forge Academy, Auldwin served as a supervisor at Sam's club, private voice teacher, and assistant summer camp director. In 2015, Auldwin accepted the call to join the team at Pine Forge Academy with the hope of reviving old tradition and creating new experience.
Beyond his primary role, Auldwin also is the Praise and Worship Coordinator/Private Voice Instructor.

Choir Director
A native of Atlanta, GA, Jarrett Roseborough serves as Director of Choral Activities at Pine Forge Academy. He comes with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Music Education with a concentration in Vocal/Choral Music from Oakwood University, a Master’s Degree in Choral Conducting from Georgia State University, and 8 years of teaching music from K-12 to collegiate instruction.
Prior to coming to Pine Forge Academy Jarrett Roseborough served as Director of Choral Activities at Greater Atlanta Adventist Academy, Assistant Minister of Music at Decatur Seventh-Day Adventist Church, Assistant Choral Director at Greater Atlanta Adventist Academy, Choral Grad Assistant at Georgia State University, Lead Keyboardist and Assistant Choir Director at Trinity AME Church, Accompanist and Assistant Choral Director at Griffin High School, Music/Choral Director at Bethune Middle School, Music Coordinator for Oakwood University, Music Education Intern for Huntsville City Schools, and student conductor for the Oakwood University Aeolians.
In 2017, Jarrett Roseborough accepted the call to join the team at Pine Forge Academy with the hope of creating an environment of choral excellence in which students learn of their full capabilities as choral singers. His goal is that students might witness the God-filled and awe-inspiring moments that happen when they decide to give their best effort in time and talent for the glory of Christ. Students who matriculate through the choral program at Pine Forge Academy will also be able to be a great musical contribution to collegiate choral music program that they decide to join.
Beyond his primary role, Jarrett Roseborough would also like to develop a strong fine arts program at Pine Forge Academy. This program would allow a platform for vocal/instrumental performance as well as spoken word and oratorical recitation. This fine arts program will create an avenue for students, who wish to pursue a career in the arts, to stand toe-to-toe with artists in the rest of the world and not just do well, but excel!

Osvaldo Rodríguez Bueno, a native of Cuba, is a dedicated Mathematics instructor and class sponsor at Pine Forge Academy. He brings a contagious love, passion, and professional dedication to the academy. Mr. Bueno graduated from the former Capitan Roberto Rodríguez boarding high school in Santa Clara, Cuba, in 2000. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics Education (2006), where he graduated as valedictorian, and a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics with an emphasis on Math Education (2010) from Universidad Central Marta Abreu de Las Villas, a prestigious Cuban university established in 1952. Additionally, he is certified as a teacher by the Seventh-day Adventist denomination, issued by Northern Caribbean University in Mandeville, Jamaica.
Before joining Pine Forge Academy in September 2023, he served as a Math instructor at Bahamas Academy of Seventh-day Adventists, an adjunct Math instructor at the University of the Bahamas and the Bahamas Technical Vocational Institute. He also contributed to the national exams as a paper setter and marker for Spanish as a second language. In Cuba, he was a Math professor at Universidad Central Marta Abreu de Las Villas and a member of the national Mathematics exam marking team.
Mr. Bueno is passionate about Seventh-day Adventist education, Math education, and research methods aimed at improving student assimilation of Mathematics. He is committed to professional development and continuing education. He is married to the incomparable queen and treasure, Nadia Rodríguez Bueno, who stands by his side in all endeavors
